Refund Policy

All readings and related products offered through the Service are personalized digital products provided for entertainment purposes only. Because each reading is custom-produced for you using the information you provide, our refund practices reflect the nature of a personalized digital good.

To request a refund, email contact@eleanortalk.com with the name and email address used at purchase and a brief reason for your request. We review every request individually.

Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment. Once approved, refunds are processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may pass before the funds appear in your account.

We reserve the right to deny a refund request, in our sole discretion, in cases including but not limited to:

• a requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith;
• b a pattern of repeat purchases followed by refund requests;
• c requests made after the thirty (30) day window;
• d situations where you have violated our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks initiated with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us in good faith are considered abusive. Customers who initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be permanently banned from the Service, blacklisted from future purchases, and pursued for recovery of the chargeback amount plus any associated fees.

We may update this Refund Policy at any time by posting the revised version on eleanortalk.com with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
